iTeach Repair Centre

If you have a broken device. Our support team will collect it, arrange for its repair and return it to you.

 

Discounted Training / iTeach Events

One of the benefits of being an iTeach customer is that you receive discounts on training events run by iTeach and selected partners. 

 

Health Check Review 

Included as part of our support service is our Health Check review. We will review all the devices and services we support. Ensuring everything is up to date and you have access to the latest technology. 

 

Off Site Setup

We can arrange to collect and configure your devices off site at our tech centre. This reduces any possible disruptions to lessons and removes strain on the school's internet connection. 

 

Promotions & Giveaways 

We hold special promotions and giveaways for our Support Plan customers. iPads and Chromebook's given away regularly. 

 

Online Support Portal 

Our customers can log and monitor all of their support requests with us via our Helpdesk system. This helps to keep us connected and up to date.
