Maintaining the security of your data is a priority at iTeach, and we are committed to respecting your privacy rights.  We pledge to handle your data fairly and legally at all times. We are also dedicated to being transparent about what data we collect about you and how we use it.

In order to make certain services available to you, we may also need to share your personal data with some of our service partners.

 

iTeach only allows its service providers to handle your personal data when we have confirmed that they apply appropriate data protection and security controls.  They can only use your data to provide services to us and to you, and for no other purposes.

  • your school or business contact details: postal address including billing and delivery addresses, telephone numbers (including mobile numbers) and e-mail address

  • purchases and orders made by your school or business

  • your on-line browsing activities on the iTeach websites

  • your password(s), specifically School/Business Server Admin, GSuite Admin etc

  • your communication and marketing preferences

  • survey responses

  • your location

  • your correspondence and communications with us

  • other publicly available personal data, including any which you have shared via a public platform (such as a Twitter feed or public Facebook page)

  • Cookies - Our website may use cookies to collect information.  This includes information about browsing and can include information about pages viewed and the customer journey around our websites. Our website uses the following cookies: Session (Transient) cookies: these cookies are erased when you close your browser, and do not collect information from your computer. They typically store information in the form of a session identification that does not personally identify the user.Persistent (Permanent/Stored) cookies: these cookies are stored on your hard drive until they expire (i.e based on a set expiration date) or until you delete them. These cookies are used to collect identifying information about the user, such as Web surfing behaviour or user preferences for a specific site.

iTeach is committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.

We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
